bigbd Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players in Bangladesh

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bigbd platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and support services made available at bigbd.ws. By registering an account, accessing any service, or placing any bet on bigbd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one bigbd account only. Opening multiple accounts for the same person — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. bigbd employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bigbd may void all winnings, confiscate balances and permanently close all associated accounts without notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. bigbd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your account credentials.
• You must notify bigbd immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bigbd support is available 24/7 for security-related queries.
• bigbd applies OTP verification for logins from new or unrecognised devices as an additional security layer. You agree to receive such OTP messages on your registered mobile number.
• KYC verification may be required before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide accurate documentation, including a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification, within the timeframe specified by bigbd upon request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether under the same or different personal information, for any reason including bonus harvesting.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the bigbd platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. bigbd complies with applicable financial crime prevention standards and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform under a self-exclusion period, or assisting another person subject to a self-exclusion in accessing the platform.

• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity, or bigbd has reason to suspect such activity may be occurring.
• The account holder has failed to provide requested identity or KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Continued use of the account presents a risk to the security of bigbd, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bigbd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance of legitimately earned funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bigbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bigbd platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. bigbd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

bigbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bigbd may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance which may temporarily affect platform availability. bigbd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Where changes are material, bigbd will provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing the updated Terms on bigbd.ws and, where practicable, by notifying players through their registered contact details. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of bigbd following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using bigbd and may close your account by contacting bigbd support.
